Adams Acres

The Barn at Adams Acres began with a dream, a deep connection to this place, and a belief that meaningful moments deserve a beautiful setting. Here’s our story — and we’d love to hear yours.

Adams Acres

Then & Now

Some places feel like home the moment you step onto them.

For us, that place was the Potter Farm.

We first walked through the barn in the spring of 2012, drawn in by its cathedral-like rafters and quiet sense of presence. Standing beneath those beams, we both had the same thought — this would be an extraordinary place to celebrate a wedding. At the time, the farm slipped through our fingers, becoming what our family lovingly referred to as “the house that never was.”

Years passed, but the connection never faded.

When the opportunity returned, it felt less like a coincidence and more like a calling. In the summer of 2014, we took possession of the farm and, just weeks later, were married in the barn ourselves — surrounded by family, history, and a sense that this place had been waiting all along.

What began as a deeply personal milestone soon became something more.

As friends and family asked to celebrate their own weddings here, The Barn at Adams Acres naturally took shape — not as a business venture, but as an extension of the care, beauty, and intention we experienced on our own wedding day.

Today, Adams Acres is a place where love stories unfold with ease and elegance. Where rustic charm meets thoughtful refinement. Where couples are welcomed, supported, and given the space to create a day that feels entirely their own.

We would be honored to help you begin your next chapter here.
