What decorations are included, and may we decorate the space?
We welcome personal touches and love helping couples make the space feel uniquely their own. To preserve the historic character of the barn, we ask that nails, screws, or permanent fasteners are not used in the wood.
Your rental includes the barn’s permanent features, along with access to a thoughtfully curated collection of vintage and rustic décor pieces donated by past couples — all available for your use. We also provide the tent, farmhouse tables and chairs, and all tent lighting, creating a warm and inviting foundation for your celebration.
How many guests can the barn accommodate?
Our barn features a two-story layout designed for both comfort and atmosphere. The loft space comfortably seats approximately 125–140 guests for a ceremony, while receptions can accommodate up to 175–200 guests, depending on layout and design preferences.
We’re happy to help you determine the best setup for your guest count and vision.
Are candles permitted?
For safety and preservation reasons, open-flame candles are not permitted inside the barn. Many couples choose high-quality LED candles, which offer a beautiful, realistic glow and pair perfectly with the warm ambiance of the space.
What restroom accommodations are available?
For the comfort of you and your guests, we provide a luxury, ADA-accessible restroom trailer, custom built in 2023 and included with every rental. Designed with comfort and cleanliness in mind, it offers a far more refined experience than traditional portable restrooms.
